Autumn Term 2025- Week 13
CHRISTMAS SONGS AND STORY (12.12.2025)
*STARS OF THE WEEK*
***I am so good at helping the little ones….***
Alivia and Ivy - You were both brilliant at helping Finley and Morgan to walk to the church and back. We wouldn't have made it there and back in good time without you. Well done, we are very proud of you both!
All of the children were amazing in the church.. A special mention goes to our youngest children Theo, Albie, Finley S and Florence W. You would not know it was their first visit to the church.
Dear Parents,
This week has been calmer and we have spent lots of time outside in the lovely mild weather. The children voted to go to the Forest school twice this week and we walked to the church on Thursday, where the children sat still and listened to 'The Noisey Stable' story joining in with the animal noises and Makaton signs. They then found the nativity characters hidden in the church and helped Reverend Claire put them in the stable. We sang her two of the songs we have been learning and she was very impressed.
The younger children also joined in with our P.E. session on Tuesday for the first time and started to get the hang of the 'spots' game we play weekly. This week the theme was Christmas so the children represented snow falling, reindeers and angels. They also had a go at rolling the spots.
We are looking forward to our party on Tuesday. A reminder that the party starts at 9 and collection with the raffle is at 11.45.
Have a lovely weekend.
The Pebbles team.
