Alexander - We are so, so, so proud of you for coming into Pebbles without tears.  Well done Alexander

Violet - Rebecca was so impressed with how well you walked on Friday and Stevie loved that you used the please Makaton sign!

Oscar - A whole week in pants at Pebbles and no accidents, we are so pleased with you! 

Dear parents,

We have been flying high this week with lots of aeroplane activities.  There has been an airport out in the play area with a runway.  The children made and painted their own aeroplanes out of junk modelling items.  We have had the parachute out twice this week, making it blow up like a hot balloon and go round and round like the propeller on a helicopter.  Then to ensure the children can follow instructions when playing parachute games we moved it up and down all together whilst singing 'The Grand Old Duke of York'.

We went on a wet and windy walk on Friday, but the children loved the puddles and we saw a mini waterfall, a cat and lots of snowdrops and crocus. 

Next week we will be focusing on 'People who help us' vehicles and thinking about why they might need to get places quickly and link that into keeping ourselves safe, so we don't need them.
